To help us help you

When reporting an issue, please include:

  • The name of the app and its version (shown in the app's settings or on its App Store page)
  • Your device model and iOS version
  • What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead
  • Screenshots, if the issue is visible

Purchases and refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, so we cannot issue refunds directly. To request a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem tool or contact Apple Support. If Apple turns you down and you feel that's wrong, write to us — we'll do what we can.
